On February 6th, CO-OPS launched a new version of its primary site as http://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov.
Until April 1st, 2006, the old CO-OPS website will be available at http://140.90.121.76. On April 1st, 2006,
the old CO-OPS website will be taken offline. Please update your bookmarks accordingly,
